Can I cancel my order?
Yes, depending on if it has been processed. If we have not processed your order we will be able to cancel your order without any charges. If the order has been processed we may still be able to cancel the order providing it has not left us yet we will be able to refund you minus our processing charge of 5%. If it has already left us you will need to follow our returns policy.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your items. However all items that are returned to us must be in the condition that they were sent to you and in perfect saleable condition. Any item that is returned to us in a condition that cannot be sold again will not be exchangeable or refunded.
Can I pick up my order from the shop?
Goods can be collected from the store, but payment will also have to be made at the store.
Delivery Address
Delivery can only be made to the address that is registered to the credit/debit card that was used to pay with. Delivery will not be made to any other address. The Items will need to be signed for on delivery.
Delivery to PO Box Addresses?
We do not send items out to PO Box addresses.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Yes, if you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Do I pay any taxes on the items?
Yes, all our prices includes VAT.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No, at present we only deliver within the UK.
Do you have a shop?
Yes we do have as shop, we are based in Birmingham City Centre, at 14 Needless Alley, Birmingham, B2 5AE
Do you refund the delivery charges?
All returns must be authorised before they are sent back to us. You must contact us by email at [email protected] Within the email you must state your order number that you received from us in the email that we sent you. You must also state what you are returning and the reason for returning the item.
How are items delivered?
No, at present we only deliver within the UK.
How are items delivered?
All items will be delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery will be 2/3 day providing orders are placed before 3pm and providing the goods are in stock or if they have to be specially made. If so details will be sent to the customer on an estimated time of an arrival.
How do I know when my items will be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, it will normally be processed within 48 hours, once processed it will be dispatched by Royal Mail and should be with you in 3-4 working days. Once an order has been processed an email will be sent to you to inform you that payment has been taken and goods are dispatched. Within the email you will also have a tracking number to trace your item.
How long do I have to return an item?
Disorder Clothing returns policy is that you can return items within 7 days of receiving your items. However all items that are returned to us must be in the condition that they were sent to you and in perfect saleable condition with all tags. Any item that is returned to us in a condition that cannot be sold again will not be refunded.
How long will an order take to get to me?
Normally items will be shipped in 3-5 working days.
How long will refunds/exchanges take?
Please allow upto 14 working days for a refund/exchange to be processed from the date we receive your returned package. Most returns are typically processed within less than half this time period.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is £4.99 unless otherwise specified.
I've just placed an order, can I change it?
Payment will only be taken on day of dispatch for items that are in stock.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 5% + £4.99 (for the original postage). These charges will be reflected in any refund made via the payment method you originally used. Our restocking fee covers our cost of sending the original item, along with the cost of restocking and processing the return. Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs, for your protection we recommend that you use either a Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery service depending on your item value - please note that we cannot provide a refund or exchange until a return has successfully reached Disorder Ltd
